$10 late fee after 10mins , after 15mins appointment is cancelled and considered a no call, no show. Same day cancellation/no call no show will be charged 50% of the service. You may apply that amount to your next appointment if you reschedule within the next week. If you choose not to reschedule your next appointment will be full price.
